The front desk staff were very helpful and courteous.They were also adept at settling any issues in a skilled and knowledgeable manner. All staff was friendly and efficient.Also, everything I needed was closeby...I never had to move the car.Plenty of parking..Nice for families, or those of us who are single....

This was the first time I stayed at this hotel, It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel. Most of my graduation class stayed at this hotel. I really like the hotel, it felt a homie and comfy. I like the price, breakfast and coffee that was offered at this hotel.

ive been to manchester so many times in my life, tested every single hotels in the city and I still go back to this one, does the job and very affordable. Well situated and cleaner than other more expensive hotels in the city.

The front staff was great. The breakfast actually exceeded my expectations. I think that the breakfast should run till 10am. I could see that the cleaning staff was vacuuming and sanitizing quite often.
